Delphi:

Delphi is a rapid application development system available from Borland/Inprise, through their Borland.com division. It is one of the best tools available for creating solid, easy-to-maintain Windows applications quickly and easily.   It is also a very robust tool, able to create compiled executables on par with commercial software. It has consistently won praise from critics when compared with other rapid application development tools.

 

SWIDUG:

The Southeast Wisconsin Delphi Users Group meets on the third Tuesday of every month to discuss issues, tips and tricks involving Delphi, other Borland/Inprise products and Component-based Programming in general. Usually, we have a speaker who comes to talk about a specific topic. In the past we have had component developers, authors and even representatives from Inprise come to speak with us.

 

Membership:

There are no dues required of members. Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings for free. If you are a Delphi developer, a corporate IT manager, an independent computer consultant, or anyone else who might be interested in Delphi and what it can do, please feel free to come to our next meeting.

Speakers:

The Users Group is always looking for speakers who are willing to talk about Delphi. If you have done something interesting in Delphi, or want to share your knowledge regarding a Delphi or OOP related concept, please contact us and let us know when you can speak.
